Approved Planning Applications
New Dwelling, Hill View Rd Romsey
The site, situated within the settlement boundary of Braishfield, characterised by dwellings fronting the road and consists of two storey semi detached dwellings with large rear gardens. The Approved Application forms part of the rear garden & plot severance in a Semi Detached Property in Hill View Road. We achieved Planning Committee Approval for the Erection of a single storey detached dwelling for supported living (C3b). The ‘backland’ development with no vehicular access directly serving the property. One off street parking spaces provided at the end of the turning head serving Hill View Road. After 4 years of challenging the LPA, with rejected Pre Applications and Formal Submissions, a refusal at Appeal, the Re-Submission following the Appeal, the Inspectorate struck out the LPA views of the Dwelling being incongruous and supported the principle of development within the settlement boundary, whilst identifying a need for Supported Living and the lack of this type of accommodation.

Side Extension Ashvale, Surrey
A beautiful Semi Detached Bungalow in Ashvale, We achieved Planning Permission with Guildford Council for removal of detached garage to form Single Storey Side Extension. A Dining and Snug Area will connect the Kitchen and provide a defined entrance and Boot Room area. A roof lantern will flood the Dining area with plenty of natural light. Works to Commence soon.

Cocktail Bar and Restaurant, Pekin China
Working with Developer Akintola, our second commission, for a Restaurant remodel in Pekin. The Cocktail Bar and Function Suite serves the first floor whilst the main restaurant occupies the Ground Floor footprint. 3D animation of scenes capturing a moment in time, to pitch to investors in China.

Rear Extension & Alterations, Eastleigh
The Rear Extension created an Open Plan Kitchen Diner and Snug, whilst utilising the existing kitchen as a Utility Room leading to the garage. The large corner bifold sliding doors connects the Snug and Diner to the Garden, whilst creating a large Kitchen and Island space for entertaining guests.

Planning was approved with Eastleigh Borough Council June 2021.

Portchester Rd Bournemouth
Approval was granted from BCP Council December 2024 for a Side Extension Leanto of a Ground Floor Apartment. The extension will provide the Kitchen location with Glazed pitch roof and Island for entertaining guests and becoming the main hub of the property, with garden views. Working with Fiona Merritt, Fiona Interior Design and B Willis Structural Engineers. Site works anticipated to start Summer 2025.

Waterlooville East Hampshire
We achieved planning permission for a rear extension to Lower Ground Level access to the garden. The space will be more rationalised, Kitchen Snug Dining, Bifold doors open up the Kitchen and Views of the Garden from the kitchen island. The design takes cues from the adjacent property, bearing reference to and balancing the two mirrored Properties.
